the location was great, close to downtown and some very nice places in Colombo. The staff were very helpful, they even went out of their way to guide me on how to get to nearby restaurants, which saved me from spending a fortune on expensive meals. What I really appreciated was the attention to detail in the rooms. The air conditioning was efficient, making my stay comfortable in the hot weather. The room itself had single beds joined together, providing enough space for a good night's sleep. the hotel provided basic amenities that were necessary for a pleasant stay, and the breakfast was a nice touch as well.
All was fine, no major complaints.

There was nothing in this hotel that could have impressed anyone.
The owners are just ripping people off. They charged $95 for a double room. I travel all over Europe but I can get a far better room in 40% less price. Standards of cleanliness were pathetic. Worms were floating in juice at breakfast. The breakfast was stale. The fish was giving bad smell. Room furniture, fixtures, were poor. The hotel is in fact a budget hotel but charges are that of a 4 star hotel. There was no iron and iron stand. Broken shower with very low pressure of water. Management not ready to listen our viewpoint and would insist that their occupancy is above 80%. It was a complete waste of time and money. I checked out one night before. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. I would like to spend extra bucks and prefer to stay in a four star hotel.

Hotel was good priced. Deluxe venue in Colombo. There is a reasonably priced restaurant. It has large rooms.
Noisy street!

The hotel is perfectly located close to the city center, which made it easy for me to explore the area during my business trip. The buffet breakfast was great, with a wide variety of delicious food to choose from. I also loved the fact that the hotel had a nice pool where I could relax and soak up some sun.
The room I stayed in was a little outdated and could have used some renovation. The carpet had a few stains and the bathroom needed a deep clean.

the value for money was excellent, with reasonable prices for the amenities provided. Secondly, the staff were friendly and provided attentive service throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel's location was very convenient, close to some amazing places in Colombo. The staff even guided me on how to get around using local transport, which was a big help. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and gave me a fantastic start to the day.
Everything was fine and I didn't encounter any issues.

The stay was fine and the staff friendly. The food at the restaurant was good and the staff made sure you were given your choice of food. The fresh fruit juices were just fantastic. The only set back was that too many people were arguing on the rates and charges at the reception counter and the staff were not bothered to attend to the issue. Otherwise it really was a great place to stay. Thank you.

I selected this hotel based on visitors reviews. But, here's advice "one man's food is another man's poison." Here's why. We arrived at the hotel, and carried our baggage ourselves- My wife and I are 65 and 67. Inside the room, the bath towels were used ones. We had to request to change them. The sofa set was like a slippery slide. The staff were polite, but you got very little response, be it housekeeping, room service or the reception. I'd warn visitors to scrutinize bills before they pay. I was given a figure. On checking the draft bill, I discovered 1. I was charged for an extra day 2. Charged for airport pick up ( not requested), and one other item, I don't recollect. Finally, I had ordered an air-conditioned car to take us to the airport. I was appalled when a ramshakled van was waiting at the entrance. The boot of the van was jammed, and the luggage couldn't be loaded. After objecting, the receptionist managed another vehicle. So, my experience with this hotel wasn't pleasant.

The hotel’s location is great for exploring the city as it’s close to some tourist spots. You can take local transportation to the major places of interest such as the hospitals, and there are good places to eat around. The room and toilet are spacious, although the carpet could use an upgrade. The staff are helpful and accommodate requests well. The breakfast buffet has a good selection of dishes.
The hotel's bar can be too smoky for non-smokers.

The breakfast was fairly good, and the staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center. Plus, the room was quite affordable.
My overall experience was not great. The room was not properly cleaned, and the facilities were outdated and poorly maintained.
Tourists from India often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
